Being regularly active is good for our health and wellbeing, no matter what our age or ability.

There is usually no need to clinicalise physical activity. Most people will know what is achievable and enjoyable for them, they may just need encouragement & motivation to get started.

About Vitality Classes

Vitality is a Lincolnshire based programme of exercise to music classes incorporating physiotherapy based movements.

Vitality is predominately for the Over 50’s.

Individuals of any age who have medical conditions which prevent them from exercising in a normal setting may also attend.

Vitality run weekly classes throughout Lincolnshire in a variety of different town and rural settings – village and church halls, sheltered housing complexes and leisure centres.

The classes vary in levels from seated to active seated, to active routines.

The classes cater for all levels of abilities and participants are encouraged to work to their own level at all times.  Whichever class you choose you can do as much or as little as you can, you’ll soon find your strength and stamina builds up so you can do more.

All through carefully planned exercise classes taken by experienced, qualified instructors.

Vitality offers an age-appropriate way to exercise which provides many benefits, not only through exercise but by encouraging friendship and social interaction with others and creating a sense of community within classes.

Vitality contributes towards the ultimate goal of leading a healthier more independent life for many older people in Lincolnshire.

You Never need to miss your class in school holidays as you are welcome to bring your grandchildren with you.
Teach them that fitness can be fun at all ages.

Struggling With Breathing?

There’s no need to book, although we advise checking with your instructor Liz Clews 0775 196 4832 before coming along for the first time.
The first class is FREE.
Our classes also cater for those younger than fifty with medical conditions which prevent them from exercising in any other way.
Please note that you will be required to complete brief health screening process with your teacher at your first session, just to ensure that it’s safe for you to exercise.
